Generally we recommend a once annual planned preventative maintenance on our systems.

Our systems have recording odometers that display total Kms and Kms covered since the last service, which assist in optimizing PPM visits.

Individual IP servers can be supplied that provide remote interrogation, programming and trouble shooting of Video Transport Units, Dome cameras and PSI/Interfaces.

 In keeping with our mission statement, we support our dealers with 'hands on' training of their Service personnel and same-day dispatch of service parts orders on guaranteed next-day delivery.

 Our own Service call out operation is geared to a 'one-visit fix' of any breakdown. Minimum down time is our aim and our Service Vans, (not cars), carry a full range of parts and complete service exchange units so that any fault that cannot be repaired on site within one hour will result in a service exchange unit being fitted.
